02 - PARTNER
Corporate partnership
Corporate partners fund programs, earn recognition, and demonstrate visible community investment in the Roanoke Valley. We offer event sponsorships, toolkit co-branding, employee volunteer days, and annual partnership packages at four levels.

Community Collaborator

Equipment and staffing for one community play event. A direct, tangible investment in a single neighborhood activation.

Access Advocate
$1,000
A full Pop Up Play activation including materials, staff, and a post-event evaluation. Reaches an estimated 50–75 community members.

A co-branded community play day or accessibility audit tailored to a neighborhood or facility of your choosing.

Impact Sponsor
Limited to 2 per year$5,000
Fund a year of play across Roanoke. Your investment directly supports 3–4 community pop-up activations, an accessibility audit or equipment purchase, and Play for All's inaugural signature annual event — reaching an estimated 400–1,000 community members across the year.

03 - VOLUNTEER
Volunteer with PFA
Volunteers make events run. We have specific roles that need specific people. Most volunteer commitments are 2–4 hours per event with no ongoing requirement.
Event Setup & Breakdown
Arrive early, help assemble stations, stay for breakdown. Physical setup required.
Community Outreach
Help distribute flyers, post in community groups, or connect PFA to local networks.
Activity Station Lead
Run an activity station during an event. We train you before you go solo.
Documentation
Photo, video, or written documentation at events. Helps us tell the story of our work.
04 - THE BOARD
Join the board
Play for All Foundation is building a working board of community leaders, professionals, and advocates invested in recreation equity in the Roanoke Valley. Board members commit to bi-monthly meetings, participation in at least one annual event, and active involvement in one standing committee.

Play for All Foundation operates 100% free to participants. Every event, every toolkit, every audit is funded by people who believe recreation should be accessible to everyone in the Roanoke Valley.
