Our Story
Building Community.
One Play at a Time.
Play is a basic human need.
Our communities thrive when joyful movement, creativity, and connection are easy to access—no matter your income, ability, or background.
We started small, with a big heart. We saw families skipping bills, swapping shifts, and juggling safety just to find five minutes of joy. That hit hard. So we created Play for All to make play easy, welcoming, and close to home.
Now, we team up with local organizations, neighborhoods, and community groups to bring play right to the people—through pop-up events, community design, and creative programs that open doors for everyone.
Because play isn’t just about games—it’s about connection. It’s about neighbors becoming friends, and kids seeing they belong exactly as they are.
So whether you’re joining a pop-up, hosting a Play Forward project, or just stopping by to see what’s next, Play for All is where joy meets community—and everyone gets to play.

-
Fast, fun workshops to reimagine underused spaces for play.
-
Simple play‑leader guides, accessibility checklists, and program templates
-
-
Practical walk‑throughs of spaces and programs with punch‑list fixes and prioritized recommendations.
How We Do It
Barrier Busting
We remove the big three: cost (free/low‑cost), distance (nearby), and courage (welcoming, beginner‑friendly). We provide gear, transportation partners when possible, and accessible activities.
Co‑Design
We work hand-in-hand with neighbors and partners—listening first, testing ideas together, and fine-tuning until it fits the community.
Accessibility, Always
Access means more than ramps. It’s about making sure everyone feels welcome—through sensory-friendly zones, clear information, low-cost options, and programs designed for all kinds of bodies, minds, and schedules.
Data + Story
Short surveys, headcounts, and photos (with permission) become quarterly impact snapshots. We share learnings openly.
Partnerships
We amplify what already exists: schools, libraries, faith groups, arts orgs, parks & rec, and local businesses are just the beginning.
